Founding pricing is a policy, not a promo. It belongs to the first twenty-five seats in South Florida and stays with each of them for as long as the seat is kept. Walkthroughs are how founding seats are opened.

What happens after you book

You get a confirmation with the time. On the call, Deal Flow runs in your county with your criteria, not a recording. If you want the seat, it is opened for you that day and your sign-in link arrives by email. Your first saved search starts the morning alert the next day there is something new.
